A: Your membership will expire 24 hours after the time of purchase.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription/membership?
A: To cancel or remove your membership, please go to your personal dashboard under “My Account” navigate to “My Memberships” and select the desired action — either change or remove your membership.
Note: Removing your membership will revoke access to the films but will not refund the payment made for the subscription.

Q: Will I be charged after my membership expires?
A: No, all membership levels are only valid for the purchased period (e.g., if you buy a one-month membership, it will only be valid for that month and will not auto-renew).
Important: We do not automatically charge; all memberships must be manually renewed by paying for a new period.

Q: What user data do you collect and store?
A: We store only the user’s email address and nickname. Credit card and other payment data are processed and stored by the payment gateway PayPal, and we do not have access to this information.

Q: How many devices can I use to watch movies on my account simultaneously?
A: You can watch on one device at a time. Each login attempt will terminate the session on the previous device. There is no limit on the number of devices you can use, but they cannot be used simultaneously.

Q: How do I use a promo code or gift card code?
A: Enter your promo or gift card code on the checkout page. You’ll see the link “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code.” Clicking on this will reveal a field where you can insert the code. Press “Apply coupon” to see the new price with the discount applied.

Q: Why do subtitles disappear when I stream a movie through AirPlay?
A: To watch a movie with subtitles on your TV via AirPlay, you may need to use screen mirroring instead of direct streaming. Start playing the movie and switch to full-screen mode on your device. This method is necessary because AirPlay may not support some subtitle formats, such as CEA-608 and sideload (WebVTT) subtitles.
